Your mentor will have your back all the time
We learn from our mistakes, we are self-organized, so we trust you, and we expect to use your freedom responsibly. However, you will always have the support of your mentor. Within this program, the mentor becomes the main bridge for you within the organization and in relation with the stakeholders. We believe in learning from our mistakes, in sometimes falling, only to get up again. Your mentor will “have your back,” helping you experiment and supporting your growth and development process.

Being a trainee at METRO.digital has been a wonderful learning opportunity for me. Working on a product that was already in production, with the help of a team that welcomed me as one of their own from the start, has given me the hands-on experience and growth opportunities that I was looking for.
