How you will make an impact?

With a growing user panel that includes customer and employee data from panellists who have chosen to participate in studies, we need to put more resources into the quality of the panel management. The goal is to have a role that acts as a single contact point for services around and connected to the user panel.

We look for support for our team at the beginning of April 2024 for 20 hours or more per week.

Your Responsibilities:

Panel management including ...

  • Building and maintaining relationships with current panel members,
  • Ensure the clean-up and refresh of current panel member information and data
  • Partner and coordinate with User Researchers & Product Teams to improve panel functionality
    • Managing incentives e.g. vouchers

      • Work closely with User Researchers & Product Teams to fulfil recruitment samples for research projects
      • Scheduling of qualitative research (e.g., interviews, local visits at customer-site)
      • List/sample development (working with external vendors when necessary)
      • Invitations and reminders

          Required key competencies and qualifications:

          • Familiarity with market research practices, passion, and networking
          • Studies in the field of social sciences (psychology, human computer interaction, sociology or similar)
          • Working cross-functionally, engaging with multiple teams and stakeholders
          • Must have verbal and written communication skills in English and German (level C1) to create participation and other stakeholder communications
