How will you make an impact?

M.SHOP is our online ordering platform for food delivery, used by our customers and employees. Together with your team you will be responsible for the buying part of the online shop: creation of shopping carts, checkout of orders and payment handling.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Define OKR for 6 months cycles (Objectives and Key Results) together with the development team, aligned with the company OKR. Create quantifiable Key Results for each product objective, outlining the measurable outcomes that demonstrate success.
  • Conduct market research together with the UX colleagues to understand customer behavior, preferences and emerging trends.
  • Use A/B testing and other data-driven methodologies to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
  • Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams within a complex product organization to achieve common product goals.
  • Support the development team in the scrum routines (dailies, sprint planning, refinement process etc.).
  • Communicate OKRs, progress updates and changes in priorities transparently across the organization.
  • Communicate with stakeholders on a multinational level to understand and manage their expectations.
  • Ensure product stability through the definition and measurement of SLAs.

Required key competencies and qualifications:

  • Team player and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, mainly remote, environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in product development, including discovery, A/B testing techniques and data-driven methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (mainly Google BigQuery, Looker Studio and Google Analytics) and techniques.
  • Basic technical knowledge to communicate effectively with development teams.
  • Ability to gather and analyze user feedback to enhance product features.
  • Quick decision-making ability, especially in fast-paced ecommerce environments, and the ability to be pragmatic.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
