 Purpose of your department

You contribute to the organizational growth by independent support of central HR processes for employees and managers and managing projects on your own responsibility. You will not only be working closely with our People Strategists on all administrative and operational issues in the context of HR products, but also be a point of contact for employees and managers along the employee lifecycle.

You are driving to proactively contribute to a constant automation and improvement of existing processes and implementing individual HR measurements. You are the sparring partner for the business and you have a close and trustful cooperation with works council and you are also responsible for all HR administration topics (such as e.g. creating reports, statistics and evaluations, employee file administration).

Key skills

  • Enrolled student in Bachelor's or Master's degree with background in business administration, best possible with focus on HR
  • First experience in HR related topics (e.g. as an intern/ working student)
  • Taking ownership and responsibility to drive topics through the whole organization
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Service and customer oriented combined with a high level of empathy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
