Purpose of your new department

As part of our talent acquistion team you will shape our business success by finding the right talents, with a focus on tech-profiles.

Our Philiosophie hereby: you steer the whole recruiting process and are the first person of contact between candidates, departments and further relevant stakeholders along all steps. Building up a long-term talent pipeline in tech and establishing a sustainable network internally and externally of METRO.digital is key for you, in order to closing vacancies proactively. You are always up to date regarding the newest trends in IT-Recruitment to ensure a very good candidate experience.

Your challenges:

  • Conducting briefings with deparments to define the roles, defnining the right recruiting strategy for the respective roles, delivering relevant candidates as well as target group-oriented communication. Hereby you will get support from our internal active sourcing team
  • Using suitable interview techniques help you to filter out the right matching candidates to ensure a qualified hiring decision
  • Building up a sustainable IT-Talentpool as well as managing your network to relevant stakeholders you will positioning METRO.digital as an attractive employer
  • You will following the newest trends in Talent Acquisition

 

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in end-to-end recruiting of IT talent, ideally in a corporate environment. Your excellent knowledge in talent acquisition as well as your strong communication skills will help you to get the trust of candidates and business departments as well.
  • You understand the IT target groups' (especially full stack software development, data science and UX design) and their respective motivations. You have successfully used this knowledge in the area of active sourcing in order to inspire the relevant talents. In addition, you have a solid understanding of relevant KPIs in order to measure the success of recruitment activities and to identify necessary improvements.
  • Thanks to your structured way of working and thinking, you are able to maintain an overview of several roles and use synergies between individual searches. However, we clearly limit the number of positions to be filled at the same time, so that you can always manage those with very good quality.
  • You do not understand goal achievement primarily on an personal level, but rather you enjoy achieving milestones in a team.
  • fluent in English and German is mandatory.
