  • An on-going bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science/ Informatics.

Responsibilities / Accomplishments

Your responsibilities will be defined based on the objectives and the development plan that you will create along with your mentor.

Main activities will include:

  • Creating and managing the Service Desk, as well as Incident Tickets in Jira.
  • Using the internal SCCM remote tool for Software, Remote and Machine handling.
