Requirements

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

• Support the ordering and management of marketing and merchandise materials
• Create reports and presentations
• Logistics support of our events
• Participate to our events for graduates and students
• Supporting PR & Employer branding to grow awareness in social media
• Behaves as a brand ambassador of the company and promotes all events and initiatives across IT communities and groups
• Create internal announcements and visuals
• Copywriting skills
• Develops the content for the monthly newsletter
• Maintaining relationship with our internal communities and help them to become more visible internally and externally
• Maintaining relationship with our suppliers
• Support the administrative part of the People Experience team
• Hybrid working time.
