Requirements

• Background in computer science or related area (Engineering, Economics)
• Graduation date 2022/2023
• Interested in pursuing a product management career
• Passionate about technology powered products
• Interest in working with data
• Demonstrated leadership through organizations, projects, or other extra-curricular activities
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Willingness to explore the human side of tech to ideate on the customers experience
• Public speaking, training, mentoring, or coaching experience
• Experience with organizing and conducting ideation and brainstorming sessions

Responsibilities

• Identify user pain points and conduct research activities to explore opportunities to improve the user experience
• Develop knowledge of insights and identify gaps for the product area
• Conduct market research to identify product management best practices
• Collaborate with the product coaches to design training and workshop materials and toolboxes
• Help the product teams design dashboards that support their data-driven mindset and behaviour

• Program duration: 6 months.
• Type of employment during program: 4h-6h-8h hours, Paid.
