Purpose of your new department

We as People Experience Team bring the brand to life by fostering people connection and engagement while driving communication and culture.

We are an international team from different location in Germany and Romania and work with modern tools which support our processes.

Beside our employees the People Experience team has a strong connection to HR and our Management – where we commonly establish our people-centric approach.

My Responsibilities:

External & internal communication

    • Generate target group oriented communication
    • Selecting the appropriate tools through which information is disseminated in a strategic and targeted manner
    • Creation of cross-media communication campaigns
    • Collaboration on external publications, study cases and interviews


    Responsibility for various external and internal events

      • Conception, organization and implementation of participation in conferences, job fairs and company events


      Support our social media management

        • Place communication via all relevant channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter
        • Brand positioning of through the creation & implementation of various internal and external measures

          Role Specific Skills:

          • You have fluent written and spoken language skills in German and English
          • You have gained experience in an agile and fast-paced tech world
          • You are a creative writer who can establish an excellent target group-oriented communication
          • You bring in-depth knowledge and several years of experience in the conception and implementation of communication across all digital communication channels
          • You are self-aware, positive and good networker
          • You like to work in an international team and bring pragmatic and customer-oriented mindset with you.
