Purpose of your new department – People Experience
We as People Experience Team bring the METRO.digital brand to life by fostering people connection and engagement while driving communication and culture.
We are an international team from different location in Germany and Romania and
work with modern tools which support our processes.
Beside our employees the People Experience team has a strong connection to HR; Recruiting and our Management – where we commonly establish our people-centric approach.

Your new challenges:

  • You will oversee boosting and empowering our brand systems and brand guidelines.
  • Developing concepts and designs for internal and external marketing communication for different channels in digital and printing formats.
  • Designing logos, illustrations, infographics, micro-websites, landing pages, corporate brand materials and other layouts based on the requirements.
  • Manage the look and feel of our METRO.digital corporate website, ensuring it always aligns with our brand guidelines.
  • Ensure that final graphics and designs are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines across all communication platforms.
  • Ensure that all design work meets project deadlines.
  • You need to work with printing and digital material
  • Assisting with the creation of social media post templates and designs.


You are a great fit:

  • You’re comfortable working with Adobe Suite, particularly with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • You have a web-design experience background
  • Creative person who feels comfortable working with Figma and Sketch.
  • You have knowledge wi creation of animated videos for digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
  • You are self-aware, positive and good communicator
  • You already gained experience in a fast-paced tech world
  • You like to work in an international team and bring pragmatic and customer-oriented mindset with you.
  • You have fluent written and spoken language skills in English
